very rude to customers
I went to replace my drivers licence. I explained what I was there to do and was given a form. When I came to pay he asked for my drivers licenc and when I tried to explain he was rude and said there was another form to complete. I put my husbands form throgh and he said I must not push the form. He then took that payment I went to complete the second form and only then could I pay. This is very bad customer service

Such behavior isn't accepted & employees found doing this will be dealt with thus resulting in a disciplinary action taken against them. The complaint will be forwarded to the manager of the department & this will be dealt with accordingly. do you have the name of the person who was assisting you?
