Very Poor Service on Waste PIKUP

I am not sure if it's a EMM or PIKITUP who is responsible to take our waste bins. It's been two weeks now and they have not come to pick up the waste plastic bags. These wastes are now attracting flies into our households. Can they please honor their mandate and do the right thing. If you can come along the street of Birch Acres x3, Kempton Park, you will see what I am mourning about
