Very poor service I still waiting for refund ons my account I sold my house 6 months ago the refund credit was processed on 25th June by email notification told me the balance would be refunded during July I'm still waiting the lady who did the process working from home she emailed Germiston Head office ask when will payment made but her email doesn't even reply on!! Nobody in Germiston head office is working or doing their work the queries is for : Protea street 16A,Visagie Park, Nigel, Stand 513, Portion 1 I would be very happy if this matter can be looked in Thank you Rina
