Very bad service

I have a problem with my meter, I cannot load electric ever time I try it gives error 30, logged a call many many times even went to the brakpan center, what a pathetic service......No joy at all.....They have sent technician on the 25th of December, he went up to the main electricity pole, loaded my electricity up there. I still ask him what do I do if I run out of electricily rep**** saying all is fixed.....looks like No one knows what they are doing, I'm currently sitting without electricity....call center is closed is weekend the municipality offices are closed.....I have been struggling for passed 3 months.....what a horrible service, why is it so hard to change the meter? because it looks like the problem is the meter.....very bad service yet am paying bond my rates and taxes, but hey municipality is *******
