Very Bad and dissapointing service

Went to thie Boksburg Municipality with proof of payment with the aim of making arrangement for the balance of outstanding amount and to request my Meter to be unblocked so I can purchase Electricity. I was told that the money needs to reflect to the account before they can even allow me to make arrangement, I had and still without electricity for the past 10 days as they not even responding to emails, Proof of payment was the Bank successful payment that they refused. This is really not acceptable as they promote online facilities they should consider online payments as well. Not so useful at all and very unprofessional
