Useless Service from Alberton Municipality - Ekurhuleni

Without electricity for 3 days now. I wonder if the municipalities are working? Our prepaid electric meter is not working and faulty. We have reported it to the call center and received various excuses. Yesterday someone was so called allocated to come out to fix it but we still waiting. I had to through away food and meat that has gone off due. Wonder how they would feel if they have to sit without electricity for so long. We've reported it we have various reference numbers etc.... this morning the lady from the call center advise her supervisor will get into it. I wonder if there is even a supervisor. This is ridiculous. When they tried to call the Alberton offices no one answers the phone just rings. How many times must you lick and ask for service. This is totally unacceptable!!!
