Useless service

Moved to Benoni last week, so new to prepaid electricity. On 30 September 2020 had loadshedding, but power never came back on. After trying for more than 2 hours to get hold of them, with no luck, I resorted to google. Google refered me to Con Log and after talking to them found out that the error was from the municipality. So finally after much frustration was able to log a call and got a reference number. ***. Sms recieved turn around time 48 hours, but the lady at thee call Centre said 4 to 24 hours. So the following day 1 Oct followed up again at 15h00 as nothing had happened, and what a mission to get through. they told me the techs work until 22H00 and they would fix the problem before then. 21H30 I phoned again, freezer was defrosting and I was really getting agitated. Again holding the line 21min later the call gets dropped. Phoned again, what an unpleasant call agent, I lost my cool. This morning I called again, oh hell, promised made after being put on hold for 15min, that the tech would be here before 12H00. 11H40 phoned again holding holding holding, they tell me it will happen today. Called again at 15H30, they told me the tech working today was not the same as yesterday, and he will be there i must phone in an hour again. Phoned from 16H30 to 17H20 and finally got to speak to an agent at the call Centre. She was also very upset that nothing was being done. Email was sent to supervisor to call me back, till now nothing. Called again at 18H30 and as I was holding someone called me back saying that they would call me back in 5 min to find out what is the problem, why my call has not been attended to. Still haven't received a call back. Just phoned again. Not much help just keeps apologizing. My problem is, my freezer totally defrosted haven't showered since Wednesday, cant cook food so have to buy food. Money is scares, so it's getting tougher, and Ekhuruleni just doesn't worry, it's been more than 48hrs since call was logged have been sitting with no power for 60hrs. What the hell is acceptable to these ****** people? Really what the hell? I have to work from home this weekend and need to get things done, but how when I don't have power. I could loose my job, but that doesn't bother them in the least. Can't wash clothes and I have 2 kids that need school clothes.
