Useless service

I reported a drain blockage in my house as there is a drain at the back of my yard and l reported this last oflast week the sad part till now the second week lm still waiting for the drain people to come the sad part my yard is messed up filty water is coming right up my house ya this is what our services are even have so many references (***) this one is for yesterday today called phones are not picked up.
