Useless Pathetic Service

<p>What a bunch of useless individuals the service call centre agents are. Over 30 hours, over 20 phone calls, speaking to more then 10 call centre agents and they could not get a technichian to come out and look at our problem. All we got was dropped calls, lies about technicians being on their was, promises about call backs which never happened. Time for the DA to take over ekurhuleni municipality.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish there was a negative star rating. They do not deserve any stars</p>
