Useless is an understatement!

Looking at all the reviews...you dont seem to care much. No responses. This is part of what is wrong with this country. Useless! We keep getting interim water bills despite sending the meter readings more than 15 days in advance. Will this end up in another lawsuit? Where i refuse to pay, you switch off my water en month, perhaps years later I get a court date and claim lots of money for the years of ****... probably!!
