Useless erkhuleni germiston

I stay in ext 21 roodekop I have never seen a place with so much outages almost everyday. You can speak to the city manager the Mmc the mayor or who ever.i have tried speaking to media but no help the concillor no where to help.inpay rates and buy lights but get block by them .I lost my fridge my tv from this on and off.this goverment has curse me with this lockdown they use it as a tool to block communities.they pay alot of things that doesn't benefit us like their call centre.can any one help me how can i contact me Cyril ramaposa I am tired of his kokkelollies doing this to me.
