Useless Ekhuruleni

I logged a case with city of ekhuruleni yesterday evening for an electricity issue I have.The agents answering the phone doesn't have any telephone etiquette.I spoke to a gentle tonight and he is useless.The person I spoke to before him logged a new case and told me that the 24 hours for them to action my request after I logged it on the 6/12/22 @around 7:30.What an idiot this women is to log a new case.The people are ***********.We pay our rates on time every month and this is the service we get.i have 2 small kids and I work from home and has now lost time and money.HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
