Useless Clerk @ Borksburg municipality

Ekurhuleni Municipality in Boksburg have hired unprofessional clerks @ office 147 , they closed our electricity for two months miss payment without any notice . I took some time off at work to go and arrange payment with them, after they closed my Electricity account for owing them 4000 I paid the 2000 that I borrowed on Thursday18 .11. 2021 They promised to open my electricity meter on Friday but they never did till today Monday 22.11.2021 its still Off . my Food got rotten for owing them only R2000 for Water , as I was there some other lady was there for the same problem then she asked them to open her electricity as she paid as arranged , she left and they said she is crazy they wont open her electricity. what kind of services is that , is that the training they got from Boksburg municipality ? this is bulling people with the power they have , my child was sick over the weekend , the weather was so cold her sickness got serious that I hand to call emergency to take her to hospital just because unprofessional people , now I have to take other time off at work to go and sort this nonsense out . war the useless country we live in . their turn around time is 96hrs and more ! how "cruel" is that .
