Too be honest you dont deserve one star! I have lodged numerous claims that you *****s have charged us for refuse but you dont even know where our plot is!!!! So we will continue not to pay! For a service you dont provide!!! Useless!! Then you people tell us now we have built unauthorised buildings on our plot!!! As per your visit!!! What visit!!! You dont where the plot is to visit!!! Then you tell us it has been decided that we need building plans!!! ***! Useless bunch!!! Again you have no clue!!!!
