Useless

That Alrode Licencing department is useless, i forgot my proof of address and i tell the lady at the reception, i am going to fetch it. And she tells me they're closed for the day, once i go out, will not be allowed back in. For ****s sake, the place closes at 15:00 pm, why am i not allowed to come back at 08:30 am.
