URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED!!!!

On the 19th September we reported a problem with our power supply. We are getting less than 200 volts and are unable to use our appliances. They said it would take 2 days yet no one has bothered to look into it!!!

After inquiring on Thursday 21st, they promised to dispatch someone the same day but, again nothing happened.

It’s clearly a loose connection in the mini sub and if it’s not fixed it could lead to an explosion or fire.

What does it take to get these people to do their jobs!!!!!! URGENT ATTENTION IS NEEDED!!!!!!!!!
