Unwarranted and ******* electricity cut off

<p>Electricity went off tonight at 7pm.(26 April 2017) Phoned call centre to report and even reported on the app. Would send someone out... Phoned at 10pm just to get told by call centre agent that power cut off happens on unpaid bills! ****** idiots and *********** fools. My bill is paid every month on the first. Never behind. And electricity is prepaid. Learn to read and go harass people with ******* connections. Stop harassing law abiding citizens that pay taxes and still get a s#it service!! Unacceptable!!!!</p>
