Unresolved Sewer Health Crisis

I have reported a sewer leak in my complex a week ago,the people closed the call they claimed to have resolved,when you call the "emergency hotline",they give a 48 hour waiting period whereas nothing is done,you can't even call private plumbers because it's out of their jurisdiction to fix municipal infrastructure.I sure hope the municipality has a budget in place for medical compensation due to the illnesses this will cause
