Unreliable Electricity Supply

I am a resident and home Owner in Dawn Park Extension 38 and fall under ward 45 in Ekhurhuleni. We have been experiencing power/electricity outages for the last 9 or so months months now. Our Electricity is tripping at anytime and it takes hours to be restored, after load-shedding we are on for 10 to 15 minutes and our electricity trip again and can take hours to be restored, We had a community meeting about two to three months ago with the Chief Whip of the Municipality and Head of Energy, they said that the power station servicing us is overloading and will be expanded in 14 days time to solve the problem. nothing has changed and we cant get answers from no one. its frustrating.
