Unreliable ekurhuleni technicians ans call center

I called eskom ekurhuleni customer service yesterday to report that my meter doesn't accept the voucher number, and they said they will send a technician to come and check. On Sunday nobody came and they answer the call and keep me holding. If we buy electricity they can't help us with their faulty meter box.
