UNREASONABLE WEEKLY POWER OUTAGES

Yet another day without electricity! There must be a huge problem with our power supply. Just last week I didn't have electricity and now again. I don't understand have my back opposite neighbors have electricity but the row of houses on my street doesn't have. The electricity switched off last night at about 22:00. This problem should be permanently fixed because we can't live like this. I for one,study from home. My laptop has been off and there are assignments that I need to submit!Fix this problem as soon as possible.
