unnecessary overtime wasted

i have noticed that our ******* is only removed on sundays mostly and sometimes on saturdays- this has been happening the last few months - before they managed to stick to a calender and got through the whole town between Monday to Friday - why can they not manage now - surely they are getting unnecessary overtime wages? They are taking advantage of this and i would like to know who manages their schedules?
