Unhappy Consumer from SkyCity

> I would like to complain about this Swartkoppies municipality.Its close to six weeks we have a Burst water pipe just in front of my house and my neighbors house.I have been logging calls to come fix it and till now no one is willing to fix.Some team came and asses the damage and advise they will escalate the matter to the department that is responsible with the Water Meters and to tell you that's the horrible department I ever work with.I have called that department not even one answer from their office lines.The service it's extremely bad.I so wish they can be responsible and do their Job.Im very disappointed and not happy with poor service we recieve from the municipality.
