Ungry fastrated

I complain already few time that we have problems we called they told us they will send someone out and will send a sms with ref but nothing we have 3 phases only one had worked they told us they will fix the other 2phases at32 delport Street still waiting so this morning phoned again she told us OK she will lock it and she will send ref nr by sms but we still waiting for sms. We phone again 4 times still waiting they also didn't call us back
