Unfair termination notice before month end

I am disappointed with the service I received from the ekurhuleni Brakpan Municipality. They are quick to issues termination notices but react slowly when it comes to service delivery. They issues notices by the 26th of the month before we receive payments. This is an unfair practice. Letter's must be issued on the first of every month. I wish they could be proactive like this when we lodge complaints in resolving them. drain sewage are leaking all over the country and this is not being address promptly, services in the location are not being paid but no letter's of termination are issued. People from the suburbs are treated differently from those that are from the location. The grass in the parks is not being serviced snakes can hide easily and this put our children in danger. Ekurhuleni municipality is bais towards its citizens.
