UNFAIR POWER CUTS AND EMPTY PROMISES

It is utterly disgraceful and disappointing that we have to always complain about electricity that we pay for.My neighbours have electricity but I don't.Last night I called the municipality as I was facing the same problem and I had been promised technicians that will come and fix the problem. I cannot even do my washing and I need to get to work with proper neat uniform.I have the right to the electricity that I pay for!!Fix this problem as soon as possible because this is totally not on.It's close to 5 hours without electricity since the start of today which equates to yesterday.Look into this matter and fix it!!It's honestly annoying!
