Undriveable roads

Eurika Rd Pomona, it is a gravel road ,does not state that there are humps on the road and yet there is humps the size of table mountain. Also the road gets covered with paint and some sort of white powder. Isnt it harming the enviroment....? Also it is undrivable.... It is dangerous and unacceptable for me as a resident in the are to struggle to get to my home.
