Unacceptable power outages/cuts

I’m a resident of Mapleton Ext 12, Boksburg, 1459. We’ve been experiencing power outages longer than the scheduled load sheddings. The malfunctioning electricity keeps tripping at times & this causes damages to our home appliances. When we call the call Centre it’s either the agents cut the call after holding on for a very long time (1hour) or they answer the call & keep quiet while I listen to passing cars in the backround or them having conversations with fellow agents. We cant carry on like this municipality please sort this out. The past 4 days experience is not acceptable. Food are spoiled in the fridges...
