Turn around time for electricians

It's been more than 22 hours without electricity and no one has been sent out to assist to open the electric box outside...just to pull up a small button so we can have some electricity. The call center just tells you about their turn around time of 24 hours, I've been told 3 times by the way. I have kids that need to eat and do schoolwork. We can't have afford to have night without electricity.
