Truly rediculouse

Since August last year I have been billed from a meter that is broken a fact known to the manucipality as I reported it out if curtesy. But each time they send their goons to come disconnect my power n each time I complain I get tle they will send it to the relevant department. Since August ? Is the so called relevant department still to be created and people to be interviewed? Coz from August last year till now is surely is a long time. U haven't found the relevant department since August n yet u have the nets to cut my power based on an estimated cost ? I am sorry but how us u not finding the relevant department for 8 months my fault. My duty ended wen I reported the meter as advices by ur technician but I refuse to pay any cent for a bill from a non working meter n next time ur goons come near my house to bring that disconnection letter I tell u Wat will happen on the law will resolve n I am willing to take this up with PPSA coz u people are ******* and **********. U can check ur records n system it will show u 3593 tsesebe dawn park ext7 meter not working since August last year then look at the account surprise there is an electricity bill wow gosht meter reading interesting
