Transfer of Credit between 2 accounts ref ***0

I inherited a property, my lawyers sent a letter to the Ekurhuleni to open the rates account in my name & transfer the credit from the old account into the new account.<br> This property has been occupied by the same tenants for over 20 years & that's not changing. I have an agreement with the tenants that they pay all the municipal accounts. The tenants did not advise me that they were not getting the new rates and taxes account & continued paying it into the old account number. Hence a credit or more than R12k. I happen to enquire about the rates & taxes account earlier this year & realised there was a problem. I sent my daughter to with the letter & all the details to sort it out. They told her that they could not help her because the water and electricity account has to be opened in my name, huh?. I tried phoning but nobody answers the phone. I then used the Siyakhokha enquiry system and after the 3rd try was cc'd in requests to assist me which in turn was forwarded to different people requesting they assist me. Sent to Horatius NKhwashu, Hendrica Ramothlola, Reabetswe Zwane from me & Kefiloe Molathlhegi & Nicolene Stuurman. Now the account is handed over. Nice isn't it!
