Total incompetence by qualified technicians

First they disconnect me then fine me for so called tampering which is impossible then when they agree to connect me again they cant find the cable. 4 days and 4 technicians later they still cant connect my supply because they have no idea where the cable is or went. How can you tamper with a connection that does not exist ? God help SA when the grid eventually collapses.
