Toilet Paper and Feces Flooding our Garden

We have had a leaking sewage drain in our yard for over 5 days now. Ekurhukeni Municipality have been absolutely useless in assisting us even after numerous calls to the call center. We have kids and animals which could get sick as this is completely unsanitary. It should be ******* for them not to send out a team immediately to assist with the unblocking and sanitizing of this drain especially when we have the covid infection around.

This is absolutely disgusting service. Why we pay sewage fees in this country is beyond me.
