Try 011 ********** as published on numerous sites as the Brakpan Town Council contact number - it doesn't exist. Phone directory enquiries - more numbers that either do not exist or people just dont answer - 011 ********** /***. All I need to find out is HOW DO I ACIVATE MY NEW PREPAID ELECTRICITY METER ???? AND WHAT TARIFF STRUCTURE DO I CHOOSE AS I USE BETWEEN 600 TO 800 KW OF ELECTRICITY MONTHLY - DEPNENDING ON IF THIS IS A 4 OR 5 WEEK MONTH IN A FLAT ???????? HELLOOOOOOOOO IS THERE ANYBODY AT THE COUNCIL - PLEASE ANSWER YOU PHONES !!!!!!!</p>
