I have never seen such a bad service in my life, Ekurhuleni Municipality in Actonville and their friend in Benoni office, they think its a holiday, I have been reporting electricity box that's just stopped taking token,it is freezing, do you think they care ask me again and again what happened is an anonymous guy rocked up and just said he will be back to fix it. It has been a month since we are sitting in the dark, hence they want to increase rental. Do u think they value other peoples lives?
