The worst

<p>The council installed new water meters in our area. After a few weeks we saw that the meter was leaking/running on both ours and the municipals side. I lodged a complaint that Wednesday and Thursday and relodged on Friday and Monday because they hadn't put the complaint on the system. It is now 3 weeks later the meter has not been fixed, I have been in to the municipality 3 times and phoned and all they say is we have esculayed the problem. I would love to know when will they fixed the dam thing!!!!</p>
