The service provided by the electricity department has been very disappointing.

We experienced an issue with the electricity connection at our house and logged multiple calls for assistance. Although a technician came out to address the problem, they were unable to fix it. After some time, we contacted our councillor for help, but even then, the issue remained unresolved. During this period, we had a backup power source that could only last one or two days, especially during the rainy season.

An electrician told me we need a temporary code to reconnect the service, but the department seems unsure of the problem. We recently installed a new meter, yet the issue remains.

We are stuck and have nowhere to go for assistance.
