The service delivery is poor

The service delivery is poor. I haven't had power(electricity) since Sunday 2023-12-03 i reported the matter directly at the municipality offices on Tuesday, I was assured that they will send an electrician same day but that didn't happen. Today is Friday 2023-12-08 I'm still waiting for the electrician. I escalated the matter and they sent me a picture of my house as proof that they were there and did not find someone. Why did they take my phone number if they are not going to confirm if there is someone available in the house or not?
