The power in Nigel is now off since Sunday 17:00

The power in Nigel is now off since Sunday 17:00.I ported it to the control center they said power will be restored by Monday 18:00.I called at 20:00 on Monday night the phone attendant said the power is on.When I said the power sis still off they sad nobody reported it again yet the power never came on and was still off this morning.I had to log a call again this morning.We then found out by some one who knows one of the electricians working on the problem that a pylon fell down and Nigel will be without power for at least 2 to 5 day The control center people does not know what is going on or they are telling stories. The customer service is very poor
