The municipality stole my prepaid meter

<p>In February I reported that out electricity was out. 4 days later after R500 worth of food went rotten Ekurhuleni technicians came out and found that the pre-paid meter was faulty. they took out the meter and made a straight connection and assured me that some from the municipality will get into contact with me to replace the box. last month I received fine in my postbox for an ******* connection. I queried this and they restored my connection. yesterday my electricity went of for an ******* connection. The municipality stole my prepaid meterbox and now they trying to ****** money of me. PLEASE BRING BACK MY METER BOX! or else im going to the police!</p>
