terrible service from ekurhuleni call centre

<p>There has been an outage at my house since yesterday and every time when I called the call centre they kept telling us of a 24hr waiting period. Only to find out they did not lodge the call the technicians. I had to go directly to head office to get assistance. </p> <p>Utter terrible service</p> <p>Zamangwevu </p>
