Terrible Service Ekurhuleni Water Supply

Phoned to report water leaking out of the water meter but im being charged for it as even though its leaking out of the meter its racking it up as usage .Reported on the 26 January given reference no *** and have been given a new reference no every time we call to query whats happening . Promises are made that it will be seen to urgently but nothing happens . We have a drought and there seems to be a don't care attitude towards fixing this problem . They sent a consultant to see the meter and the consultant sent in a report to say the meter must be changed urgently . To date nothing has been done and we still getting hollow promises and no service . All the money spent on adverti*****ts to save water , what a joke !!!! We are now at the 4th March from the 26th January and the water is still pouring away.
