terrible service

On the 28 of january we had a cable problem, it was reported to municipality. Late @night they came to fix it but they failed. They promised to return the next day. The next day they came@night Again and worked on the cable, but was not fixed. The resoluted to placing a temporary cable that goes from the pole to meter inside the yard. It was hanging so low across the road. I complained about it but they said it was just temporary and it will be removed the following day. They never came back until the truck drove through the cable on the 6 february and we had no power. Again we contacted the municipality, they kept on saying they coming. Up to today I don't have electricity in my house!! My parishable food was all spoiled. Yesterday I had to throw away everything in my fridge as it was all spoiled. I am sjhocked @ this appauling service that I have received from the municipality! Their contract workers or technicians are just not interested in what they are doing. I am disgusted and angry for being treated like this for the service that I am expected to pay for!!!
