Taken from pillar to post

I had received a disconnection letter (dated 12 August 2015) requesting that I make a payment of R1046.00 towards my municipal account as a full and final payment. Indeed I made a payment of R1050.00 on the 18th of August of 2015. <br> <br> I've been trying to get my latest statement. I've called different departments, they all transfer me to the other departments. All I need is my latest statement (because the one online shows a different balance). Can someone please contact or e-mail my latest statement.
