Suspected ********** activity - No customer service or ***** hotline

<p> I live in the Northern Cape and I received an SMS with a final notice issued to my name by Ekurhuleni Metro Police. I could not find a single number that offered help. The customer care line either did not know what I was looking for or they answered the call but they put the phone down on the table or something because all I can hear is people chatting to each other in the background. I have tried to report ***** because the notice in question eventually found reference on paycity.co.za was issued in April with a GP reg no. Goodness! I live in Kathu NC. I do not know what this reg no is? No picture of the offence or even car make or model? It seems someone is trying to de***** me?</p>
