Submitting a debit order twice for the same invoice and refuse to fix their mistake

They debited my account twice for the same invoice and then when I cancelled the debit order they added the same amount back onto my account twice. I am currently in Netehrlands but I have sent my daughter to point out their mistake twice but they refuse to fix it
