Street lights ref number :***

This is my 2nd complain regarding Ekhuruleni municipality Germiston. I reported street lights on working Buhle gardens since January ref number ***. I emailed the mayor. City manager and team energy and the street light come and switch on 1 day and 2nd day off. Till now no street lights
