Street lights not fixed but calls are closed

I have logged a call on the 17 August 2020 regarding the street lights to be fixed and they were not fixed,on the 17 December 2020 logged followed up and they told me that the call was closed,and logged another call ref number ***, phoned again on the 07 January 2021 still the call was closed again they advised that street lights were fixed in the 17 December 2020,and the street lights are still off,I spoke to Eve on the 07 January 2021
