strange happenings

<p>my meter has not being working for years now but what baffles me is the fact that they keep sending me the dosconnection note. i fail to understand why they keep sending the dis****ection note while the only thing i should be billed for is water rates sewege and refuse removal so why disconnect ekectricity? is that even legal as i fail to understand how sewege refuse and rates have anything ti do with electricity? each time i raise this issue i get told the relevant department will be notified but still years later i am still having the same problem</p>
