STILL PATIENTLY AWAITING THEIR ARRIVAL (UNRELIABLE SERVICE)
<p>I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM REGARDING MY ELECTRICITY SUDDENLY COSTING US OVER A THOUSAND RANDS FOR PREPAID USAGE. IVE BEEN TO BOTH VOSLOORUS AND BOKSBURG MUN. OFFICES FOR OVER 10 DAYS IN THE LAST MONTH AND A HALF. THE RESPONSE I NOW GET IS THAT THEY WILL SEND WOKERS OVER TO CHECK WHY IT COSTS ME SO MUCH WHEN I HARDLY USE IT ( WE ONLY USE THE GAS STOVE AND LIGHTS,S0 I STILL DON"t UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS). I HAVE BEEN AWAITING THEIR ARRIVAL FOR ALL OF THIS TIME TILL TODAY. I WOULD MUCH APPRECIATE THE HELP OF ANYONE OUT THERE REGARDING TIS DILLEMA. I SEEM TO BE THE ONLY ONE WHO PAYS FOR SUCH THINGS AROUND THE VILLA LISA AREA. </p>

The department workers come over and unfortunately didn't have the necessary utilities to fix the problem,so they assured as they would come back last week. We have been awaiting their arrival eversince and our problem is still unsolved.
